  • Extended Coverage – includes higher valuation limits and coverage for fragile items
  • Comprehensive Coverage – full coverage including natural disasters, extreme handling risks, and specialized cargo

How to File a Claim

In the event of damage or loss:

  • Notify Global Shipping Cargo immediately via our customer support channels
  • Provide shipment details including tracking number, contents, and declared value
  • Submit supporting evidence such as photos, invoices, and delivery receipts
  • Our claims team will review and process your claim promptly

Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate declaration of shipment value at the time of booking
  • Properly package items to prevent damage
  • Report any discrepancies or damages immediately upon receipt
  • Provide necessary documentation to support claims

Limitations & Exclusions

Insurance does not cover:

  • Items not disclosed or misdeclared
  • Loss or damage due to improper packaging by the sender
